About the desk

DXB Card Point is a privately run top-up service operating from Al Muteena, Deira. This page says who we are, what we handle, and where our responsibility ends.

The short version

A single-purpose service, run from one address in Dubai

We take top up nol card requests over the web, over WhatsApp and across the counter, agree the amount in writing, take the payment through a card processor and load the credit onto the card you named. That is the entire product. There is no app, no membership, no stored wallet and no subscription.

The desk exists because the alternative — walking to a machine, queueing, hoping it takes your note — is a poor trade when you are already late. Charging a flat AED 3 for handling it is honest work, and small enough that people come back.

Everything we hold about a request is listed in the privacy policy. Everything we owe you if something fails is in the refund policy. Neither is written to be impressive; they are written to be checkable.

Affiliation

We are independent, and we say so before you ask

DXB Card Point is not a government body, not a transport authority and not the issuer of any transit card. We hold no mandate, no delegated powers and no partnership with any public entity in the United Arab Emirates. Nothing on this site should be read as a statement made on behalf of one.

Card and network names appear on this site only to describe what our service tops up. If your matter concerns the card itself — a replacement, a category change, a registration record, a dispute over gate charges — the issuer is the only party that can act, and you should go to them directly.

Out of scope

Things we will decline

  • Issuing or replacing a card
  • Changing cardholder details
  • Subsidised or staff categories
  • Disputes about a journey charge
  • Bulk corporate card programmes

How it runs

How the service is organised day to day

Small, deliberately. Fewer moving parts means fewer ways for a request to get lost.

One queue

Web form, WhatsApp and counter requests all land in the same queue and are answered in order. Nobody jumps it, and no channel gets a different price.

Written first

A request only becomes an order once you approve a written quote. Verbal agreements do not start a payment, even at the counter.

One card at a time

Each request covers a single card, so the receipt, the reference and the balance always match one another.
